A short visual novel game about making the right choice ( or the only one, arguably).
Treat the patient, the 'hound of tindalos', with the right procedure. To avoid excessive discomfort on the eye, you have been equipped with a 'cognition bubble'. This bubble will help you see everything in a more 'simple way'.

Note: Yoooo, i finished it at like 22:08 and didnt know you could still submit!!! Its barely tested, very short and if theres any issue, please comment and ill go back on it asap.
Any constructive criticism is welcome, please do so, i really need it.
Its a visual novel game, so there isn't any cool mechanics as of now. It will be introduced later.

Very silly game, and the slightly weird art is kind of fun😆
For the screen, I'm not sure if you already know what the problem is (since you said you're fixing it). But if your images are on a Canvas, you can try setting the UI scale mode to "Scale with screen size." And hopefully that will fix the scale!
One more point I'd give as feedback would be to explain a bit more context. Maybe you can just explain in the itch.io caption. I was a bit confused bc I didn't initially know what a Sanatorium is, and I wasn't sure if the item was a needle.
I'd love to play again if ever you end up testing it/make changes:P

Sanatorium is a weird game to say the least but weird in a good way. The art is strangely interesting that makes you ponder what the visual novel is taking place in or when. I liked the bad endings , it made me feel like what would happen if you accidentally used an object scp that can kill you by using it like a tootbrush but watch out!!! The special ingredient that makes your teeth white is also , a man eating bacteria and will just leave you as nothing but a shiny white skeleton. Liked the background and the character arts , nice interpretation of a hound of Tindalos . Art is weird and nice , three jumpscare sounds I counted , no bgm and there's kinda a story there that makes want to search what the game references on google. All in all 4.6/10
